Abstract

Brief outline of the constitutional history of Greece that allows us to better situate the introduction of diffuse control in these lands in the 19th century.

  • Dimitri Dimoulis, Methodist University of Piracicab

    PhD and Post-Doctorate in Law from the University of Saarland (Germany). He teaches constitutional law and general legal theory in the Master's in Law program at the Methodist University of Piracicaba and the Bandeirante University of São Paulo.
