About the Journal

RBDC

The Brazilian Journal of Constitutional Law - RBDC is a publication intended to publish scientific works (original, review and scientific dissemination) by researchers and teachers from national, foreign and international institutions that contribute to the development of CONSTITUTIONAL LAW.

The RBDC has CONTINUOUS FLOW and accepts works written in Portuguese, Spanish, English and Italian. Texts are published in one of these languages; with titles, abstracts and keywords in all languages ​​mentioned.

RBDC is a project that updates the purpose of the Escola Superior de Direito Constitucional - ESDC: to be a path to specialization and advanced studies in Constitutional Law. Since 2006, it has been available in a freely accessible electronic version.
