Abstract

Starting in 2009 and to face the financial crisis
occurred within some of the Member States
of the EU, the so-called governance mechanisms are adopted
European economy, that is, the system of institutions and
procedures established to achieve the objectives of the
EU treaties in the economic field, the reduction of
public deficit and the budgetary stability of the States. He
This work analyzes how the adoption procedure of
several of these mechanisms were carried out violating the
own state and European constitutional law, which shows
I express the thesis that instead of the economy
adapts to the Law, in the EU it is the Law that adapts to
the needs of the Economy, violating to do so, when
necessary, its own legality.
