In a dense and articulate article, the author seeks to demonstrate thatconflicts of jurisdiction between the State and Autonomous Communities, althoughnot a prerogative of the Spanish model, are a democratic model that are desirablein Constitutional States. This conflictive nature is the subject of intense debate, andthe Constitutional Tribunal is a natural forum for attributing the jurisdiction of the otherbranches of government both in constitutional and relevant entities and in the territorial entities in which the State is organized. This tribunal performs the essential functionof ensuring modern constitutional organization and constitutes a true jurisdictional trierof conflicts.Downloads
