Abstract

The author explores the inexorable discovery of the great expansion ofthe mechanisms of constitutional justice, in its material and substantive nature, inrecent times. He seeks to analyze how in Latin America based on the existence ofthree systems organizing this justice there arises an additional need for a specializedbody to unify the interpretive work, which body becomes an important element tolegitimize the state of law when accompanied by authentic political will
